“We met Mel the night before our wedding at our rehearsal when we found out she would be taking over the responsibility of day of coordination.
It was immediately clear to us that she was willing to go above and beyond to make sure our day went seamlessly. She even offered to go out that night and purchase extra candles or anything else that we had forgotten (since we lived 2 hours from the venue), she made it clear that she was only one call/text away.
Upon discovering that the plates the caterer had delivered were completely wrong, Mel got on the phone with them and the rental company to immediately have them requested dinnerware delivered (a phone call I personally did not want to make).
She took charge and handled every aspect of our day effectively and with professionalism. Our family members even commented on how friendly and useful she was on the day of our wedding.
After dinner and while guests were busy on the dance floor, Mel took the initiative to pack up all our décor in the dining room which made our clean up for the following day very minimal. Overall, she ensured our day was perfect and would we gladly recommend her to anyone looking for a day-of-coordinator. Our only regret was not having had the chance to work with her in the year leading up to the wedding!”

When we first Mel, we instantly felt at ease with her attentive and pleasant disposition. She was able to address any concerns we had leading up to the wedding day and assured us that everything would be taken care of – which is was!
During the reception, she checked I with us regularly to ensure our vision was being met. She paid close attention to detail, promptly fixing the placement of our head table garland when it was accidentally moved by a guest. She was also very quick to remedy a guest’s meal in order to meet their dietary restrictions.
When we reflect on our wedding day, we have found memories of Mel’s smiling face and the high-quality service she was able to provide!”
